How far ahead should we start?
Six months for a honeymoon, 9 to 12 for peak dates like Japan in April or Greece in September. Three months works for a single-country trip if the hotels have space. A weekend can be done in a week.

What is in a proposal?
Named hotels and rooms, a day-by-day route with the reason for each stop, transfers, guides and reservations, and the perks each property gives. One written proposal within 48 hours of the call, then two rounds of revisions.

Who do we call while we are traveling?
Us. You have our direct line and email for the length of the trip. If a room is wrong on arrival, we fix it with the hotel while you unpack.
