Engagement and fees
Hotels and cruise lines pay us a commission, so your rate matches booking direct. Planning fees are stated before we start.
No fee
Hotel or cruise booking only. Fora and Virtuoso perks applied: room upgrade on arrival, daily breakfast for two, property credit, early check-in and late checkout where available, VIP recognition.
$50 per person, per day
Full itinerary design for a single country. A discovery call, one written proposal, two revision rounds, and every hotel, transfer, guide and reservation booked and confirmed. A personal guide document. Reachable during travel.
$50 per person, per day
Multi-country, group, corporate or milestone. Everything above, plus route planning across borders, group rooming lists, private chef and villa sourcing, event logistics and on-trip support.
