These terms cover the use of atozluxe.com and the planning services described on it.
Who we are
ATOZ Luxe is an independent affiliate of Fora Travel. Hotel and travel bookings are made through Fora Travel and are subject to each supplier’s own terms, including deposit, payment and cancellation rules, which we send you before you confirm.
Fees
The planning fee is $50 per person, per day, quoted before work starts and stated in the proposal. Hotel-only and cruise-only bookings carry no fee.
Proposals
A proposal is a starting point. Prices and availability are held only once a booking is confirmed and paid according to the supplier’s terms.
Documents and insurance
Passports, visas, health requirements and travel insurance are the traveler’s responsibility. We tell you what we know and recommend insurance for every trip.
Liability
We arrange travel supplied by third parties and are not liable for their acts, delays or failures beyond what the law requires.
